Leroy "Cy" Rushing, affectionately known as Cy, stands as a Junior and a distinguished four-year starter for Southeastern Baptist College's baseball team. Beyond his athletic prowess, Cy brings a unique background, having been a former player at both Jackson State University and East Central Community College. Notably, in addition to his dedication to baseball, Cy serves as a proud member of the Marine Reserve.
Baseball Journey: Cy's journey in baseball began at Leake Central High School in Mississippi, where he laid the foundation for his illustrious career. His exceptional skills and versatility caught the attention of college scouts, leading him to don jerseys for Jackson State University and East Central Community College, where he continued to shine as a standout utility player.
