Josiah Montelongo is a 2024 graduate of Churchill High School in San Antonio, Texas who continued his collegiate baseball career at Northland Community & Technical College.

Montelongo developed into an impact player for the Pioneers, seeing action at shortstop and in the outfield while contributing offensively and on the bases. Following the 2025–26 season, Montelongo earned First Team MCAC All-Division honors as an outfielder, recognizing him as one of the top players in the division.
Throughout his time at Northland, Montelongo showed the ability to produce extra-base hits, drive in runs, steal bases, and play multiple defensive positions. His collegiate experience and First Team All-Division recognition highlight the versatility and athleticism he brings to the field.
